She had been diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure in the previous month. Her lipids in the blood tests were not in a good range. She was having hot flashes. She looked at me and said, "Doctor, you remember me, I don't understand what is happening.?" I had delivered her daughter in this same clinic, when she was thirty.
